What is the difference between self seal and gummed envelopes?
Self seal envelopes have a peel-and-seal strip you press together, which is quick for hand filling. Gummed envelopes have a moisten-to-seal flap and are ideal for folding and inserting machines that seal automatically.
Do I need special envelopes to use a franking machine?
You do not have to, but purpose-made franking envelopes feed more reliably and give a cleaner, more professional frank mark than standard stationery.
Do you sell approved meter posting envelopes?
Yes. We supply approved meter posting envelopes designed for everyday business post that you frank rather than stamp.
Can I order plain or printed envelopes?
We stock plain business and posting envelopes ready to frank. If you would like your envelopes printed with your own branding, contact us and we will point you to our printed envelope service.
