Franking Machine Ink can now provide you with the latest second class Royal Mail postage rates for 2021. These are effective starting from 1st January 2021 meaning all franking machines in the UK will have to be updated and will have to start using the latest second class Royal Mail 2021 postage rates from 1st January 2021. If your company do not know how to update your franking machine, or if you need assistance in doing so, then please contact your franking machine supplier immediately as the new Royal Mail 2021 rates should be installed on your franking machine from 1st January 2021.
Second Class Postage Rates 2021 Announced!
Starting from the 1st January 2021 franking machines in the UK (both Mailmark and standard machines) can benefit from the new second class postage rates. Franking Machine Ink can confirm the following changes to the 2021 second class postage rates.
- 2nd class standard letters are now 8p cheaper using Mailmark vs. standard franking which is an increase from 7p.
- 2nd class 0-1Kg Small Parcels are now 20p cheaper using Mailmark vs. stamps which is an increase from 15p.
